Currently my daily replacements for lunch (usually on weekdays). I started with the powders, but I didn’t enjoy the powder-ish/grainy taste if not mixed thoroughly. However, the new ready-to-go drinks are AWESOME as the consistency is pretty smooth and well-mixed. Definitely shake it though before drinking. I use the protein bars as more emergency and usually to replace any snacks.
